Payments can be made via Cheque, Cash, E-Transfers, or Debit/Credit Card.
Please note that credit cards have a 2% credit card fee added on.

Payments for Taxes should be in by September 30th. Penalties of 2% per month will start October 1st.
Utilities will be billed Yearly. Due date is July 30th, 2026

Taxes Due September 30th, 2026 without penalty. Due by December 31st, 2026 before being put into arrears.
There is no discount for early payment, as such the deadline was extended.
Operational (Service) Costs:
Wages for water operators,
Chemicals to keep water drinkable and stable,
Testing done 365 days a year (mandatory)
Water Infrastructure Fee:
Building maintenance & repairs,
Building upgrades
Waste:
Garbage collection by staff
Loraas disposal fees (garbage and recycling)
