"No person shall operate any or all terrain vehicles or class or classes of all terrain vehicles within the boundaries of the Resort Village of Aquadeo which includes:
a) the traveled portion of the whole or any part of a street, roadway, or the like,
b) any private land in the municipality
c) any municipal land in the municipality
d) any Crown land in the municipality that is used or occupied otherwise than by the Crown"
“No dogs are allowed in the playground area”. Please be respectful - our children play in the sand.
The buoys are put out for everyone’s safety, especially our children and grandchildren. Sometimes it is very hard to see people in the water when you are driving a boat or sea doo pulling a skier. Please respect the purpose of the buoys and obey the “Boating Speed Limit” of:
“Maximum 10km/h within 30m (100 ft) of shore. Fine $125, Maximum fine $500 or 6 month imprisonment.” (Canada Shipping Act: Boating Restriction Regulations)
Inside the buoys is a “NO WAKE” zone. No wake is defined as the slowest possible speed to maintain steerage and headway. Boat speed should not exceed 10 km/h.

Quiet time hours are from 12 midnight until 7:00 a.m. Penalties are very severe and are served on the “occupant”. Definition of “occupant” – means the cabin owner and/or occupant and/or licensee of the premises and/or any persons found on the premises at/or around the time when the noise or sound comes from the premises.”
“In the case of a first offence – a “notice of warning” may be issued. Fines of not less than $1,000 and not more than $2,000 may be issued on a first offence and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of not more than $2,000 for each day during which the offence continues.” Be respectful of your neighbors.
Part 3(5)(a)(vii)of Bylaw #10-2023 States:
No operator of a vehicle shall park said vehicle":
Within 3 meters of a Fire Hydrant.

Please remember to register your golf carts with The Resort Village of Aquadeo if you are wanting to travel on the roads within the community. The Village are starting to send fines out.
